DEC 2000 RD Cases !!! Are there any more left still awaiting approval

I am still awaiting approval. Is there anybody out there who Case has taken so long. I have seen so many approvals after my date that I have begun to doupt if I will ever get approval. Please, please anybody in the same boat( I would very much doupt it )post your details. Also let me know if you had spoke to a IIO recently

Spoke to IIO. She was very friendly and repeatedly told that they are behind schedule. My case will be assigned to an officer around end of March\'02, and she also added "just hang in there". It is very frustrating!!
 
Just got APPROVAL notice today

I got approval notice in mail today
RD 12/06/2000
ND 12/14/2000

AD 01/24/2002 (as per receipt)

No RFE, INDIA EB2
 
Spoke To IIO today. RD 12/7/2000 ND 12/26/2000

IIO told me that my case has been assinged to an officer on 1/28/02

Rajesh, Was it the first time that you called IIO.

If no, then when was the last time that you called and the IIO told you that it was not assigned.

I want to know, because i called them 2 times, 2 weeks back and both the times they told me that mine is not yet assigned.

I called them in the last week of december and that time they told me that my case was not assigned.
