Congratulations, question for you, when they request
employment letter, did you have to state the current salary on the
letter? Or just mention the your current salary is higher than
the LC specified. Did you mention your current Job Title, does the title has to exactly match whatever in the LC ?

When you said, approved on 02/08 and AVM updated on 02/11, you mean you checked on 02/11 or you checked earlier but AVM updated only today. Also which state you are in and how did you contact the senator. I appreciate your answers.

The employment letter stated the current salary which is greater than the LC. The current job title was the same as LC although our atty says it doesn\'t matter as long as the job description is similar.

I checked the AVM on Sunday (2/10) and it still said 360-540 days... On Monday morning (2/11) AVM was updated and said approved on 2/8.

As for the Senator, I just opened the phone book and called one of our state senator\'s office. Good luck.
