Hi gang!

USCIS web site shows that the INS approved my case (or did they?).
I couldn't believe it .. I had to double check my EAC # .. unfortunately I had no copies of my I 485 notice at home. I had to check some of my old emails with the lawyer to finally SCREAM ... YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSS!! Finally!
For those who are still waiting ... please know that if it happened to me .. it has to happen to every single one of you and SOONER that you may expect!!!

I thank the ALMIGHTY for all His blessings!

AGAIN, Hang on there!! THE INS seems to have passed to a higher speed!

Lucky you, that FP1 did not expire before bcis touch your file!!

Do you know how many times the file got updated?
 
The only message I used to curse every time I used to log in was the one stating that they got my fingerprints and that the case was pending.

It got updated once from the FP appointment message and finally another time .. with the approval.

I140 EB1 question

Congratulations on your approval!

BTW, when was your I140 approved, at the same time as I485? What is your EB1 category: EA or OR?
Is your I140 ND is 02-14-2003?
I am asking since OR I140 processing date is still mid-September 2002.

filed I140 before 485 and was approved after 485 applied for (couple months after)

My date got updated today but the message is still the same.

Thank God, it has finally been approved! I wish every one will get this pain over soon. I enjoyed this forum and made it a habit to read it everyday. :)

First comes God's (Capital G) approval and then u come to earth and then to US and then u get the GC.
This is how it works.
