Dec 02 Approvals ??

As many of us who are scanning the consolidated sheet have noted that Dec 02 filers got Fped in Feb 03 and their cases are
right now very active.
Either you see approvals or RFEs.

But we don't see anyone come forward from Dec 02 come forward to announce their approvals.

Why is that so ? In the members sheet too, i have come across 3
members only from Dec 02.

Is it probably that the people visiting the board are mostly EB cases and
so i am wondering if these Dec 02 approvals are really EB cases?
any thoughts , comments ??

They are concurrent filers and they already got FP's in a month of filing. I think their FP's are expiring now so our so called Tooooooo Shameless Center (TSC) is approving the cases it seems.

Anyhow they are great who got their approvals.

We have to say all the best for them.

How many days before the FP expires? Me and my wife was concurrent filing in Dec02, I got my FP done in Jan 03 but my wife never got FP notice as of today?
Is my FP done in Jan03 expired?

My RD is Aug 6, 2002 and I have not even received my first FP. There is a large group of us in that category and my feeling is that we are totally screwed unless we make a lot of noise somehow. My feeling is since 2003 filers have mostly done their FPs, we will see all of 2003 approved before anyone from our 2002 batch sees an approval. Does anyone have any opinion about that?
