Just cheked online and AVM, found out myself and my wife's case got approved as of today 1/21/04. My son's case got approved a week before.
On November, 2003, I initiated a case inquiry through senator Corzine's office which resualted RFEs isssued to me and my wife.
(RFE details:
for me: Employment letter, 6 months paystubs, last year's tax return (all forms, W2, 1099, etc.)
for my wife: photo taken in recent 30 days)
I believe senator Corzine's office did help speed up adjunction of my case.
