well, the IIOs will tell you to call them only after 20 months after the RD - has that passed for you?
You could always contact the senator and tell them that since VSC is currently processing 1/1/02, the have passed your date and you haven't seen any action. That might help?
Since your FP just expired in July, I would say wait till the end of August to see if you get a second FP notice.

Processing date of 01/01/02 is not official per NSC. They say that postings of the processing dates by various websites as 01/01/03 is not considered by them, and they replay their script about "under process" Blah Blah.... Can anyone tell if they heard anything different at NSC.
