Dear Members,
I am in need of your valuable inputs.
I currently have 7th year extesnsion (H1B/H4 for wife) pending with USCIS based on approved LC. My current company is on the verge of shutting down so there is no hope with current GC. I want to stay in this country for another 2 years to attend personal commitments. I would like to know if they are any possiblities of doing so based on current scenario.
One option I was suggested wad to change to F1. Does any know if I can change my status from H1B to F1 during 7th year H1B and continue to stay in this country by attending school? I will also need depended visa for my wife also.
Any help you can provide will be highly appreciated.
