I need to do some moonlighting and so I will need an EAD ASAP, after my 485 is submitted( 485 should be with VSC in a month), Can I go to INS office before 3 months (time elapsed since 485 appl)and request EAD...and if so any negative implications.

Further I am living in central pennsylvania, equidistant from Philly and pittsburgh, so which will be my designate INS office

You could...

But local INS might not entertain it. Some district offices are ok with 90 days from 485 RD, but most want you to wait 90 days from RD of EAD application. Philadelphia is the district office, pittsburgh is a sub office. Take your pick.

give this a try,..when I file my 485, should i file for EAD at the same time or wait and to ins office later on with?without reciept notice
