Hello,

Is there a deadline to send the first documents to KCC? I received the letter two months ago, but I haven't sent the forms yet for some reason.

I have emailed to KCC, and they're just saying that I need to apply until September 2011. However, it's nonsense as you can guess.

Thanks

Thank you for your reply.

I didn't understand what you mean by "Kcc gives you ur case #". I have a case number right now and it is EU20xxx. Can you clarify what you mean? Thanks

You better hurry up cause I sent my forms a month ago and asked KCC last week if they had received it and they reply to me today:

"
Thank you for your inquiry.

Your forms have been received and are waiting to be processed. Mail is processed in the order of the date received, thus the importance of submitting your forms in a timely manner.

It's interesting because your interview date depends on what case number you have. If your case number is 10000, and mine is 20000. I'm not more lucky than you if I send my forms before you. Processing is just processing the documents. That's it. When your case number is current you have an interview date. Sending forms earlier shouldn't effect this fact.

there is no deadline, just make sure to send it a couple of months before your estimated interview date!
