I left the US in June 2007 after collecting my GC. I have since stayed in Asia and my re-entry permit was issued in November 2007. From the guidelines, it seems that even with the reentry permit, I could not leave the US for more than 2 years.
Do I need to be back in the US before June this year? or is the deadline 2 years from the issue date of the reentry permit? Thanks for your help.
