days it took to get oci card

after granted from delhi and dispatched to chicago and received at chicago

then you send the us passport. how many days it took you to receive the oci card.

which is best go to chicago or send by mail

For NY CGI: I express mailed the passports Aug 7 and received back the passports via express mail on Aug 15th.

For DC CGI: If you mail them by Monday, you can get them back by next week tuesday.
