Day of week for stamping in Newark

I received approval notices (it took 6 days to arrive from AD).
In the notice they say that I must stamp on Wednesday, 8am-12pm.

For some reason I would prefer to stamp on Tuesday.
Is it possible?

What other days I can do stamping?

What about Saturdays?

I assume newark ASC does GC stamping only on Wed. That's what I was told when I went for my stamping on last Wed.
No need to go there early. 9-9.30 should be fine. There is a common queue on third floor for GC, EAD etc. They separate out people by 8.30 - 9 AM based on EAD, GC etc so the process is much quicker after that.
It took me almost 3.5 hours. This is my experience.

Better to go on a Wednesday, as that is meant for only those people with appointments/approval letters and less crowd.
