Day of Last Arrival

Hi, please me on this. Which should be my Day of Last Arrival?

I entered USA at 05/22/2002 at Detroit. It was stamped on my passport. I then took a short trip to Canada through Windsor. I got I-20 stamped first for reentry permission. My passport has the date that I entered Canada (06/20/2002), but it does not have the date that I returned to USA (06/22/2002). I heard that ususlly it is not stamped when returning from Canada. How should I fill the Day of Last Arrival?

I have a similar case like you and my attonery advised me to use the actual date I come back to US from Canada. So, in your case, it will be 6/22.

Thank you for your reply. Should I submit some note to the officer to explain where 6/22/2002 comes from? This date is not on passport, I-94 or I-20. The officer might be confused unless he/she understands such case.

I have the same situation, and used the date i entered US from Canada and this date is not in the passport. Also didnt put any explanation, the port of entry explains it all :).
