Daughter In India filled I-824 with my I485 How Long??

My I-485 is still pending but just finger printed 2nd time 10/21/04,one of my child 12years old is in india and I filled I-824 with my I-485 so i want to know what is the processor for my 12year daughter in india?? will they approve with me or i have to wait long time??
 
The good news is that you filed the I-824 with your I-485 and USCIS didn't reject it. That's good, as it's saved you a lot of time. The bad news is that USCIS will do absolutely nothing until your I-485 is approved, at which point a file for your daughter will be opened at NVC.

Is there any way that you can get yourself an H-1B and get your daughter here on an H-4?
 
If you file I824 with your 485 ,they will approved it with your 485 and if you file latter you have to wait again long time.
 
My daughter is in INDIA too.....

What is a best option for me...

1. invite her here on visitor visa...then file 485
2. File for here with my 485....which better & faster...
3. pls write appropriate forms......

pls..pls help.....
 
no ...she is in INDIA....

pls post your opinion....what is the best way......calling her here on visitor VISA then apply for GC...or file for her from here....she is 12yr old

I think it would be better if she is here and you apply to join with you here it will be more easy for you.
Lovesing my daughter also 12years old and in india.
