Need some advice.
140 Approved - 04/04
I-485 RD - 05/04
EAD RD - 07/04
I am planning to switch job using AC21.
I will have to apply EAD again (Extension) before 05/05. Will i be issued the EAD?? or due the retrogression rule i will not be issues the EAD as my priority date is later than the Processing dates??
Also, i didn't apply for the AP at that time, will i be issued an AP if i apply now?
I didn't understand the retrogression rule much can anyone please shed some light? and also suggest if myself and people in my situation (I-140 approved, EAD issued but in year 2004) need to worry anything about this.
