Date on I94 with AP.. Experts pl Help

Jaxen,
When I entered with AP in on 01/19/03, the officer at POE stamped the AP and I94 with "paroled into the US until 01/18/03". I have my interview in a few weeks. Does his stamped date mean that I have been in the US illegally for the past 9 months?

No, that stamp only means that you could have undertaken another travel before that date. When 485 is pending your status is governed by the result of I485- not by AP, I94 or EAD.
