My friend had interview at Chennai. After the interview they have retained the passport for stamping. However, just before the interview he noticed that his date of birth is wrong in both H1 and I-129. He did not point the typo during interview and let it happen.
The mistake was done by his employer. He mistakenly put 08/21 instead of 08/25. I am sure that my friend will land into trouble sometime or other.
