LUD Changed twice however no status change
Here are my dates..
All filed from VSC
PD : 03/05/2000 (RIR labor)
I140 AD: 10/30/2000
RD : 08/08/2003
ND : 08/14/2003
FP1 Received : 09/11/2004
1st LUD on I485: 11/17/2004 (Both myself and spouse) no status change
2nd LUD on I485: 12/16/2004 (Both myself and spouse) no status change
I485 AD: ??/??/??
Does anyone know of any trend which is preceeded by an LUD change?

Gurus,
Most of us are expereincing LUD change with no status change. What could be possible reason. LUD changes for couple of days and after that nothing happens, can anybody develop any theory / logic for this change.
Your feedback is appreciated.

Has anybody's LUD changed after 12/10? I think 12/10 is cut off set by NSC.

Came home this evening and saw two letters from VSC in mail. Opened them and there they are APPROVAL NOTICES!!!
LUD still is 12/16/2004.
Good Luck to everyone out there that are still waiting on their approvals. Believe me patience pays.. and I am a firm beliver of that now..
