Data Consolidation Project (Part 3)

unfortunate Aug 2001 filers

hi,

Result for 08/25/2001 I-485 scan.

I am running this macro from May 2003, and did NOT see any approval for this date at all later than August 2002.

Luta

Thanks for your file.
Also I like the change you have done in the macro.
I have included your data in the consolidated file and post the next version soon.

need help

I have tried running the script several times for src-01-231 but i always get blocked because of lot of invalid receipt numbers...

i have also tried running it from different machines...

any help will be appreciated - if any one of you can run the macro for this date that will be great!

it woks for me

I could use the one that I have only thing you may have to do is genera the SRC numbers and keep them in the first column of the worksheet or you can use the old macro that generates the SRC and after that you use the new macro to check all the cases that need to be checked ( skipping approved )

BTW the spread sheet is in the chain ( about 4 postings above )

Thanks

Luta

I've been trying to complete 01-231 but keep getting locked out. Regardless, here is a limited range for that date. If I get a more complete version, I'll upload it.

ver 33

New additions -
SRC01-085 26/Jan/01 - from Myself
SRC01-231 txsNewF
SRC01-250 SaiMural

Ran Updates for more dates.

The good news is Sep 03 has seen more approvals than Aug 03 and still new updated scans are yet to be done. Also this 1st week of Oct 03 has already seen 10 approvals from our scanned data already.

Yes Luta, you can open and check the file.
Tombaan, thanks for version 34. There have been lot of other folks who have either posted the stats or have posted Approvals on this forum. unfortunately some of them have not given the excel sheets, so we could add them to this consolidated sheet.

goastros

it is sad 2003 has been fu**ked up in terms of even looking at our data base.(2002 has better approval rate) the percentage of approval is two low.
btw how many days did it take for you get fp from ar 11.

thanks:mad:

tombaan, I got the change of addr confirmation & fp notices within 10 days.
if you see , tombaan , from dec 02 onwards, the approvals rate declined tremondously. Feb03 was lousy with just 3 approvals.
If I remember correctly, that was the time when TSC had given TPS cases priority.
So far we have seen 33 cases approved in Sep 03, but I am sure it will go up after someone scans 700+ cases from eb2_I485_RD0901 's SRC01-279 & remianing dates.

as no one is doing it

due u want us to split and do it. let me know what dates u want me to take:(

I will update the latest version of the Consolidated file by EOB Today.

goastors :- What kind of conformation did you get from TSC after you filled a Change of address ?

It has already been 16 days for me. I only got a Blank AR-11 form. ( I had already sent the forms and I told the BCIS customer Service Rep that I do not need the AR-11, but she said I will receive it anyway !!)

So :
I sent 2 Ar-11 (self + spouse) Fed-ex
Sent 2 letters to TSC address : regular mail
Call NSC 2 times to change the Address as well

May be I should call them to confirm ??

welcome back,

eb2_I485_RD0901,I have scanned rest of your data except for the big chunk from SRC01-279. I hope the approval count for Sep 03/Oct 03 sours UP.

As per the change of addr I had downloaded the Ar-11 form from the BCIS website & Sent it by USPS
Only to London, KY. I didn't send it to TSC.
Called 800 (both me & my wife individually).
Within 10 days I rec'd a confirmation letter from Mesquite that they have noted my address change.
And there was a handwritten note that the address change was for my 485, 131, 765 cases.
I wonder why you have not rec'd it.

Don't worry about the change of address.
I called the 800 for BCIS on Sept 1, and received the confirm letter from TSC on Oct 2. I have both 140 and 485, and the letter is only about 140.
What a slow process. So don't worry, you will get it.
