Something's Up

I tried to run the the Macro today and after only about 10 queries I was blocked.

I checked my sheet and saw that the sheet was arranged by case status... so all the cases with "FP sent" were NOT found by the system and after about 8-10 such sequential queries the server blocked me.

SO what has INS been up to ???? Deleting cases from the system?

Or is just a SW Upgrade ... that the server is undergoing.
 
Same thing happened to me. I moved all of my FP sent cases to the bottom of the spreadsheet and ran the macro and it worked.
 
yeah same thing to me as well.
"Misc", "FP sent" are not found in the system.
Dinnu, another chance for you to tweek the macro..:D
Just scan the "Received".

I guess I can do that, but do we really want to ignore all the FP cases?
May be we should wait for a couple of weeks and then get rid of all "Not Found" cases from the spreadsheet.

I tried to run the macro and was successful.
Unfortunately, no major change in stats. NO APPROVALS.

Changes since the macro was last run (almost 3 weeks ago):

There are 3 approvals since my last scan.

2 for src02-269 (Sep 17, 2002)
1 for src02-195 (Jun 10, 2002)

I just added src02195 to the consolidated version.

I used to SRC01-050 before the Official date finally moved to 02/Jan/01.
CuriousGeorge had pointed out a UnApproved case which I think from Sep 99 ( correct me, George). Maybe these cases have somehow never been updated in their databases.

I have continued to scan SRC01-069 but there has not been any change since 08/31/03.
i will scan more tonight from home and post the results soon.
 
update

Four more cases were approved on Sept. 30, 2003 for ND 4/11/2001. Their status jumped directly from received to approved.
The attached is updated consolidated file version 31.

I have collected the statistics for the SRC 02 024 58( 000 - 999 )

I have also modified the macro to -

- to create the hit count
- to move the old status to next column in case the status changes ( that way I can see what has changed quickly )
