Damn now 90-360 days for I-140

30-360 DAYS?

My 140 reciept says said it will take 80-110 days to process.
Online content said the same. Then it changed from 90-180 days, then to 90-300 days, now it is changed to 30-360 days.

How could do they approve a case in Just 30 days and another case in 360 days? Why is that they are not honoring the Priority dates? This is totally unfair. Unfortunately, the rules are not favorable to the employees. Take the case of Substitute labor -- it helps the employers to fire their employees and use it for new high-yielding employees... I waited more than 3 years to get my labor cleared. Waiting for almost a year to hear some thing about I-140.... I think this processing date range is a eye-wash..... Priority date is no more meaningful......

!

first 90-180 than 90-300...and then when my case hit 301 days it changed to 30-360 days.
Atleast we see an improvement in the lower threshhold to 30 days....whatever
good that does!!!:p

More Arbitariness

Bigger range just gives them scope to be more arbitary.
