Dallas - No 45 Day Letter Yet

Lawyers response on 45 DL

Hey Guys -
I asked my lawyer to call up Texas BEC and she said that they have been informed that all 45 Day letter havent been yet posted and that the last date to post is now Fall 2006. Do you guys know if this is true ? Also my lawyer did not mention any date in fall - Not sure if any of you have better information.

Also I noted in this forum that we can send a mail to check and confirm but my lawyer thinks it is not necessary and instead wait till Fall 2006.

My petition is with PBEC PD 11/2004 -- Status Online Shows "IN PROCESS"
BUT Still have not recieved my 45 Day Letter yet -- Anybody still in the same Boat? If so, what feedback ur recieving from your lawyers in this regard.
