ON MAY 22 2003 the dallas local office send me a notice requesting more inof. the letter states:
we need the certification from the translator of this traslation, that certifies that the the translation of your birth certificate is true and correct.
we need your medical examination form I 693.
we need a copy of your passport or an statement stating on which day you enter the USA and on which port of entry as all well as all of your entry and departure from the USA
we also need form # i 864 affidavit of support .
meanwhile have have not received my cash receipt from them since march when i firts sent my i 485
i 130 approved on august 1995
1485 lost on 1996 and couldnt attend interview
was asked to submit for i 360 due to the kind of case
i 360 aproved on feb 20 2003
re apply for i 485 on march 2003 waiting for receipt and fingerprint , however, i got instead a notice asking for the above info.
any advice as to where am i in regards to getting my greencard. ins had fingerprint form 1996 was taking on ins new york but i now live in texas......
please adivse those of you who have experience
