[waiting for LC in Dallas]

I have not heard of any certifications for LC applications(RIR) sent after Jan \'01. The applications for jan were processed back in September and then it looks like processing was stopped. Have any of you heard or have their applications processed that have a receipt date after Feb 01. The dates published by DOL(July 01) does not look right to me.

There are approval after Jan\'01 provided your company has no layoffs, otherwise no approval.
