Has anybody applied for labor at Dallas DOL, how long does it take to get it approved.Also can sombody start a tracker for Labor in Dallas. Thanks
 
Very Slow..Still Waiting

My Case (Regular EB3)was received by DOL on August 03 2001...still waiting.
Came to know that they are working on July 2001. form my attorney this info is same from Dec 2001
 
Are you sure they are processing July 2001

It takes as much as 3 years to clear labor. I am not even sure if they are processing 2000 cases.

Yes..Iam pretty sure, DOL is processing cases received on July 2001.

What\'s limited review? How can you find out? I had 2 resumes, none of them response when we sent them a letter. I am in Architecture field. How about you?
