I got my labor approved

I got a mail from my attorney. They recieved my labor approval today.

I only see few guys like us left behind. Please share the information.

my FIRST ever post on this forum. I have followed the posts here for a long time and want to thank u guys for all the information out there (so i could have hope regarding my Labor Certification :)

I finally got my Labor certification approved after 2.5 years. here is the info. Please add it to the tracker.

Recieved 45 day letter: 12/22/2004
Labor Certification approved: 09/13/2005

Last time whn I checked in July it was "RIR". Never checked after that. Don't know why a handful like us is left behind, when they are processing May/June 03 !!

Labor Certification Received

Hi All,

I am happy to inform you that finally after 3 yrs 4 Months waiting, my labor certification has been approved. Thanks to all and wishing everyone who is in the currently processing/waiting queue.

I want to say one thing, all we observed there is no FIFO strategy in approvals but let's hope everyone who are currently at BEC will get approvals, especially whose PD 2002, they will get very soon.

It seems to be they are re-visiting the PD 2002 cases and certifying the cases. Since all these days we are seeing the approvals for PD 2003 cases, now along with me one more colleague who’s PD May 2002 also got approval in this week.

Does Dallas Case Number Start with D

Hi,

My case # is P-04308-XXXXX.

and it is at Dallas Center......

whereas I see most of the cases posted in this thread start with D.

Does it mean that I do not have CORRECT case number or
Dallas center has also cases that start with P.

The case number "P" indicated your case is in Phylli not Dallas center. They have a common database, so they share data.

The CA cases went to both Dallas and Phylli centers.

I was informed by my HR that my EB-3 labor filed from Michigan has been approved by DBEC. The date of approval is 10/3/2005 and the approval mail was received on 10/11/2005. Good luck to you all and hope everyone gets it.

Hi, :)

Finally, I got my labor approved from Dallas BEC. Lawyer informed me last week. Its approved some time in July. I didn't get hard copy of approval by mail though.
