Difference between Dallas DOL and Texas SWA

What is the difference between the Dallas DOL and Texas SWA?..

Is one obsolete version of the other?.. Is one going to be obsolete or are they performing 2 different functions?
 
SWA is a state agency, DOL is regional. Labor cases used to be filed with the SWA first, then they went to the DOL.
 
Since you have already taken so much effort to build this site, why don't u add another database to store names of various laywers and companies who have fooled them. People could anonymously write reviews and rate them?
This is a good effort.
