Das,

I have read some posts in this same thread where some cases have been treated as Non-RIR -or- traditional though they were originally filed as RIR. You will have to search quite a bit though!

This is a mistake clearly on the part of the BEC's. Let your attorney talk to the BEC folks and get this corrected.

I am getting frustrated as like most of you. My P.D. is 12-03-2002, I don’t know why I am not getting approved, and any information will be highly appreciated.
P.D. – 12-03-2002
Shipped to Regional Office (Chicago) – 06-04-2004
45 day’s letter replied – April 2005
ETA Case No. – D-05007-xxxxx
CASE Source - State
CASE – RIR

What’s case source - state? My application was approved by the state DOL and shipped to Chicago regional office on 06-04-2004.
Please forward your thoughts.

Rir?

I just got confused by the screen shot I got recently:

Processsing Type = RIR
Case Status = RIR
Case Source = Region

What's mean of all these?? My PD= Nov. 2002. The 45 letter was replied Oct.2005.

How it takes for them to process the cases? Seems a lot of folks got certified with later PD.

Thanks.

Not sure what my RD is, it did go to Federal, originally filed in Chicago. 45-day letter was received on 3/28/2005, replied the next day 3/29/2005 and send via FedEx back to Dallas. My case # is: D-05018-XXXXX. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Did you get Case Status in the mail reply from DBEc recently. I was told that DBEC/PEC removed Case Status Field after Oct 2005.

Can you tell us when you got the Reply

Thanks

LC Certified

Hi,

Finally I just received the e-mail, which I was waiting for it.

My lawyer just informed me that my labor is certified, I have no other information like, date of certification etc.

I had no hope but New Year came along with such good news.

Please don't loose the hope and most important keep asking your lawyer about the status for old cases like mine.

Good Luck!

Congrats!

Saknia,

I got the screen shot yesterday from my immigration lawyer by email.

Case Status RIr means it is awaiting Review by an Analyst. Next step is to recommend to Certifying officer and then approval.

It depends on the date when you got our screen shot. May your lawyer got it before Oct 2005 and send it to you yesterday.

or DBEC has started providing Case Status Field again

Can you confirm from your Lawyer when he recived this information ( date??)

vsaxena,

Congrats,

So I was 100% right regarding your case as I said in this post

You did not believe me that time. Very good for you, good luck on the next steps. But I am personally very scared of my predictions about the rest of the cases especially SWA cases and my own case status.
