I-485 Filing under S1932

It is all about the 500 dollars which he government will get as soon as you gile for I-485 even under retrogression.

If the intention is money why would anyone from govt in their sane senses would wait for a approved I-140 to apply for 485 under retrogression.

As is always the case, you will file for 140 and 485 together even when visa number is not available. Budget deficit will increase if we all have to wait for 140 approval and then 485!

So, # DOL cases is reducing gradually but not dramatically. And the good news is, the last biggest 6 month's chunk (1/1/2003 - 6/31/2003 = 110) is already over and about 1/2 of the next biggest chunk (7/1/2003 - 12/31/2003 = 94) is also over. :D

After all, s_chicago was right :) I received a letter from DBEC today (11/05/05) that my ETA 750 is certified. I only received a copy of letter and the original ETA 750 is not enclosed. The original might be forwarded to my lawyer and HR at the company. My pd is 10/09/03 and approval date is 10/26/05. My case is from CA and EB2/RIR.
I appreciate support from all of you through this site and pray for all of you who are still waiting.

You are very lucky. There are people like, me who are waiting for 45 dlt.

My P/D is April 2002. Good for you. :cool:

Do you make to regional before you send to Dallas.

My case:Non-RIR
PD:mar 03,2003
State:CA
with PHD degree not sure EB2or EB3?
No 45 day notice received
no response regarding my screen shot.
I send e-mail to Dallas one month ago

Called my lawyer few days ago, was told my case shipped from DBEC to California regional office, they got a letter from CA regional office on Sep. 2005. The case # is:p2005-TX-0959XXXX, different from most of the posts here. The lawyer also didn't know what happened. Anybody has the same situation? please share.

My case went to Chicago regional, but nothing happened there and it was transferred to Dallas BEC.

my case was also filed in Nov 2004. But my attorney nver got a recipt or priority date.
Did you actullay get a recipt that said ur PD was in Nov 2004?

Yes, we get a receipt from State Workforce Agency when they received the application. It gives you the ackonwledgement and also ALC case # and Also Priority Date, meaning your application has been accepted. The letter will be sent to your attorney's office once the application is proper and has been accepted.
 
Any Oct 2003 Approvals yet?

Have we started receiving any Oct 2003 approvals? I don't remember seeing one yet. Is that right?
