Good News.. You will get certification soon.

This also confirms that Dallas BPC is working on OCT 2002 & beyond PD Cases.

Can someone make some wild guesses on how long before my case gets approved? Is it common from this kind of a query? I already have this offer on hand and I can delay accepting it only for so long. I am not sure what I should do now.

My friend's employer just received a letter saying

"This is to confirm that the application for the case referenced above has been withdrawn per your request dated June 1, 2005.

A job order has not been established for this application at the time of withdrawal.

If you have any questions..."

My friend's PD is 12/01
Regional 10/03
45 day letter received 5/31. Responded ("Wish to continue") 6/1.

What do we do now?

Icarus / other gurus please help.

AZ NON RIR / PV 4466 and AZ LC

According to my attorney NON RIR cases is not following any specific PD or RD. If the recruitement efforts are already completed then it is as soon as the response is submitted they are getting approvals in a span of weeks. Jan 2001 is true for NON RIR cases waiting at the SWA

Hopefully we should receive it soon - (some ray of hope)

Some people are erroneously receiving letters that their labor certification cases have been closed due to failure to respond to the 45-day letter. These closure letters have been issued both in cases where the 45-day letters were never received and in those where the letter was received and a request to continue with the case was provided promptly. If one of the erroneous closure letters is issued in a case, the DOL will accept a response asking for the case to be reopened and showing why the closure is incorrect. If the attorney who filed the case is an AILA member, the AILA National Office will also accept the same information and forward it to the DOL.

I let my friend know that he's not alone. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon.

It is very concerning to hear that some enterject files are still with TWC. Can you clarify if you found out whether all cases filed with Enterject are still with TWC or is it just after a certain Priority date.

I can speak for my case which is with PD Dec 2003. I know three others as well. One of them has PD before me and is in my situation and two others received letter from TWC that their cases were sent to BEC.

Those who received the letter from TWC, whats their PD, is it before yours or after yours? Also if you have any further info, when and how they received such letters? Was the letter been sent in request from their attorney, or its just usual to send letters to the employer/attorney stating the cases been moved to BEC?
