My friends case approved on Feb 3rd

My friends case got approved yesterday.


RD: Oct 29 2001.
RFE: Dec 13 2002
RFE recvd. on Dec 24 2002

Approval Date: Feb 3rd 2003.

RFE was for his Birth Certificate and Vaccinations for his wife.

His wife LIN still shows receive date only. Hope they both got approval.

Most of the approvals updated on 02/03 in RUPNET were cases approved before that day. Check the AD column.

My case got approved today (2/4, RD july '01). I don't have a profile on Rupnet, but I have been a reg user of this forum. I believe "Nilesh" and 'diamond" had their approvals yesterday (2/3). Not everybody maintains profile on Rupnet though a majority of immiportal users use rupnet stats as a measuring standard for approval time frames.

ND Sep5th. RFE around Oct 3rd week and replied in one week.

Approved as of today.

There are only 2 approvals registered in Rupnet yesterday.

Please let us know the source.

Inflating nos. will not make NSC work any faster.

I just made xl chart for nsc cases month wise&
check some reliable sites &update daily.
C the diff between yesterday &today
Total it for all the months&arrive a fig;
Simple math.
I dont want to misguide u guys.
Those who want look into this thread ,look
Others please ignore this thread.

ANI's Numbers Are Accurate

I also keep a statistics on the data in Rupnet on a week to week basis. I have attached a copy of my spreadsheet that shows a week by week snapshot of new approvals and RFEs since the first of November last year. Since Monday I have seen 26 new approvals at NSC for 2001 RD cases. ANI keep up the good work.
 
Ani & Paul, You guys are doing a great job, keep those numbers coming in. Good luck everyone guys. I believe the numbers posted in here by Ani and others are real because I am hearing from most of my friends around me that they got their approvals and yet when I check with them if they updated rupnet they say they did not register on rupnet. With some people I am good frineds with, I will force them to register on rupnet and update the tracker but someothers I know that they got their approvals yet keep quiet and dont update anywhere on the trackers except may be one somewhere which doen't have much traffic.

Bottom line,
There are approvals coming in. No question about that.

NSC is approving cases. No question about that.

Approvals are coming in mostly for June/July/Aug/Sept/Oct'01 cases - No question about that

I think approvals are coming in in the order of the RFE response dates - There may be arguments on this but this is just my belief, some say they are also considering finger print dates - Donno the order but there is a definite movement.
