D-156 question for H4 doing Masters

Friends please help,

I am on H1B and planning to visit india along with my wife who is on H4 this december. Since my wife is doing her masters, what do i need to answer
on D-156 for "Do you intend to study"? Do we have to select yes or No?

If i select 'Yes', does it cause any issues since she is not on F1?

If I select 'N', does US consulate come to know about this during visa interview?

Please any one answer.

Please mention "YES" since a H4 holder can study. You are only not allowed to work on H4. Hope your wife is not working on-campus or even a TA/RA.
Dont try to lie during the interview, if they find out, then she can never enter the US.

The VO knows everything so dont think that there are some bunch of idiots out there...

No need to lie. Only restriction for H4 is that he/she cant not work but studying is within the laws. Select YES on the form.
