"CYBERSOFTEC " GREEN CARD applicants?

Any one got green card throught this company yet?
Any one at least got I-140 approved yet?
How does INS look at this company from now before they give green card?
Any one please advise and share experiences. Thanks.

We are mainly looking for US Citizens and Green Card holders for an immediate hire. If you have SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Datwarehouse, EAI with minimum one year experience and a bachelors degree we can hire immediately. Please email resumes to nick@cybersoftec.com,pgill@cybersoftec.com

We have been advertising in Union Leader, NH and Boston Globe and Portland Press but we are unable to find SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, EAI and Datawarehouse Professionals with a minimum of one year experience and a Bachelors Degree. We are able to find only one or two in three months. We have hired totally 5 US Citizens since Jan 2003 from Dice, employment911, DOL site and News Papers. But now we are not recieving any more resumes with above mentioned skillset. Now we are hiring foriegn workers, H1B, L1s and EADs. We are continuesely giving our ads in Boston Globe, Union Leader and Portland Press.


Are they trying to prove someone something?

You are talking crap. Nick or Priti Gill did not came to your door steps...you went to them with 20k in hand(is it that really high Nick, Priti?)..Look in this angle, you guyz wanted GC by short-cut by getting "Substitute Labor" from this companys, you "might have paid" some money to get substitiute labor & when it did not worked, you are accusing "employer". If you claims these companies/lawyer are curreput then you were "part" of it!

First of all I never went to them...but I remember reading about them a while ago how some were offered approved labors for huge sums of money. And obviously from their Sulekha ad, it looks like they are upto no good. Doesn't that ad look fishy to you at all? Honestly?

And nobody's shedding tears here!! Stop using cliches which you don't even understand.
 
Honestly, I feel Cybersofttech ad is fishy..

Ad is fishy no doubt about it but why guys goes for such ads & gets traps themselves? Then they cry that "Employer" is cheater.

Also, I know what gliches you will NEVER know & what cliches I dont know!

Well the consultants might be wrong to some extent -- but U cannot blame them -- the Gills ran the show -- and they are the ones who made most of this episode. The consultants most of them might have tried else-where but .. they choose the path of least resistance. Well even they will say now that they have had made biggest mistake of there life .. but do the the Gills say that -- they have no ethics and sucking 20K for nothing -- don't U call this evil and a big shame. There are so many ways to make money -- taking 20K plus and giving a fake and doctored labor is not the way.
 
NADI, I do agree what Gills/Nicks are doing is evil & shameful..

What I am saying (& you also agree) that "Consultants" are asking for this trouble by paying to these evil, shameless people who dont have any ethics. I am adding to it that Consultants can't "wash off" their hands in entirety to "Employer" as they are taking "short-cut" of substitiute/preapproced labor. "Consultants" who are asking pre-approved labor are in hurry to get their GC quickly & dont want to wait in "long" que of GC by applying/using their "own" labor and Nick/Gills are taking advantage of such "consultants".

Nick/Gills are "Insultants" for hard working community.

gcmera2, are you going for pre-approved labor from this company?

I am not aware of this company & whether I-140 of any one is approved from this company. Anyway, if you are going for "pre-approced labor" from any company, now a days USCIS is giving hard time for approving I-140 for such "substitiute" labor cases. Also, if you are getting "pre-approved" labor - get hold of good immigration lawyer,try to macth your educational qualifications, job skills etc.

If you will pay "big amount" for such "substitute labor" there is no garuntee that your I-140/I-485 will be approved! If you have H1 visa for next couple of years, its better you take "Perm" route.

My 2 cents.

I am aware of this "Mandalapa" guy....ofcourse the Nick name is new and that's his trick, he keeps on changing first names.

But if this is the same guy as the one I am thinking of, he is pretty infamous..

His company used to hire teachers on H1B and paid them real real bad, broke contracts with some school districts and all those kind of crap...several H1B teachers from India also sued him...he was also from the 732 area code....he has been sued several times...I guess hence the name change and "Nick" comes in.... :eek:

SSN and Medicare

Hello UN,

In one of your earlier posts you mentioned to keep check on SSN and Medicare taxes by C*. I ordered for the SSN report, I can see only the wages, SSN taxes and Medicare of my previous employer (Before joining C*). It seems that C* did not pay anything to the relevant departments.I think that he even did not pay Federal and State taxes also. And I also think that this happened to so many consultants who are/were with C*.
Could you please tell what we need to do? Will it effect in any way and what are the things we need to do?
Pleae advice...
