What exactly does current mean?
When the Visa Bulletin says "current" for a particular month, what does that mean? Up to what case number can apply?
What puzzels me is, that for some countries "current" shows from the very beginning.

"Current" means that all numbers can get an interview. Your case number does not need to be below a certain threshold, as there is none provided.
But that's theory.
It would then depend on when you sent your package back to KCC : it would be a "first in, first served " basis, as consulars could not interview everyone in the same month.

For the previous DVs ( the early ones ), some regions were "current" from the beginning. Now, it's more like some regions like OC which get it for maybe the last month of interviews.
