Current wait for Oath Letter after interview in NYC

I had my interview in Federal Plaza, NYC on 5th Feb. The officer said I should receive a letter within a week or two with details of oath ceremony.

Its almost 3 weeks and I have not received anything. Just curious what is the current wait for getting oath letter after interview in NYC assuming of course the interview went well and passed.

Is it worth calling USCIS about it yet? Where do I call USCIS? I would like to avoid an infopass unless I need to.

Thanks

I am under the impression that at Federal Plaza, they give you the oath letter on the same day. Did you see anyone, having an interview on the same day and got the oath letter?

Did you try requesting the IO for the oath letter on the same day?

All the best for you oath letter.

I think people got letters. I don't know if they were oath letters but I guess they were.

I did not ask for the letter on the same day. I had a few traffic tickets so the IO said he 'has to get approval from his supervisor but it should not be a big deal and I should not have to worry and I should get a letter for oath in a week or 2'.

I tried to call USCIS at (800) 375–5283 but could not get through to a person. All options seem to point to an automated response. My case status on the USCIS website and on the phone is old and just says that my application was received and is in process although I already had my interview.

Is there a separate no. to call USCIS to get to a IO or representative and find out what the current status is of my case?

Thanks

You only had your interview 3 weeks ago. Be patient and give it at least 30 -45 days after interview before you start to inquire. Also take into consideration they have up to 120 days after interview to adjudicate your case.

Use the NYC thread for comparison. There are about a dozen of members there (myself included) that have interviews months before you and still waiting for oath.
