My I-140 had been approved in April 2004 and have fingerprinted on March 2005 (Details can be seen below my name). My wife received a question from a company asking her status. Can she mention that she is a permanent resident since she can use her EAD and doesnt need the company to sponsor her paperwork ?

Thanks

I think you'd better not provide incorrect info to the employer. She is not a permanent resident since she has no GC card yet. She just need to tell them that she has work permit and does not need any sponsorship. She is I-485 pending status. Just my opinion.

You can mention "EAD (permanent resident pending adjustment)" ...thats what I would write ...

No you cannot

I think providing incorrect information may put her in trouble. She need to tell them that she has valid EAD.
