Hi,
I moved from chicago to missouri using EAD. I am working in the same field using the same software.
My labor was processed in Chicago. Stated salary in labor certificate is $62000. My current salary is $50000. The cost of living in MO is considerably lower than in Chicago. The Department of Labor guidelines also reflect the huge difference (13000-25000) in salary between Chicago and MO.
How does BCIS deems such a situation? Would the difference in salary cause any problems at the time of 485 review?
Thanks
Venkat
