current salary below stated on i-140 issue..

I am on bench and since last 2 months my salary has been reduced to USD 18,000 p.a. till i a get my next project (upon which it will be more than salary mentioned on i-140 ).

I have valid EAD
AD waiting

Am i out of status? Can Green Card be denied based on current salary issue? any suggestions welcome...Thanks.

Don\'t worry

Lots of people are in the same situation. I\'m getting paid 25% less than my prevailing wages certified on my I-140. I am a doctor and have no choice but to continue being exploited by H1 employers till I get my GC.
