I applied for 1-485 thru my employer ( who also did my H1b). i submitted the i485 application last July. receipt date was july30, notice date sep 5. Did the fingerprinting and medical in nov of 2007.
Current USCIS processing time shows August 10.
1. Do they go by the first or the second date?
2. What is the current status on giving GC now?
3. If i applied for a new work permit and went with another employer, what are the requirements to be able to do so?
