Current Processing Dates. Transfer in Problem

Hi Guys;

I applied for H1-B transfer to company B on March 14 (receipt date on the noitice). My previous employer, company A's visa is expiring in June 27.

My online status says "your application was received on May 24 and its taking between 90-120 days".

My question is:
1. Is my stay in US legal after June 27, the expiry of my previous employers visa. And my new employers visa is still not approved.
2. What happens if my new employers H1-B is rejected. If the visa is rejected, will they return the processing fees.
3. Has any body received any new approvals from CA processing center

Please help.
 
H1b problem

You should go for premium processing, if you are visa is expiring then your out of status eventhough you have your receipt.
