Why did you labor certification took so long? It is unfortunate to receive certification towards the end of the month not leaving enough time for concurrent filing. At least your I140 should be accepted provide you have included a separate check. You can make it premium when USCIS lifts the restriction on premium processing.
Rajiv Kanna mentioned on home page that USCIS might be holding on the applicaions.. not sure what they are upto. Also, if there is any relief from law suite, you would be the first one to benefit as your application was filed/posted before USCIS revised the july bulletin.
Since your PD is so close to long standing previous EB2 cut of date of Jan' 03, I am hoping you would be current in this Oct or at least Nov bulletin. Need to sit tight..

I'm one of the unfortunate PBEC victim. Not sure if I should feel happy about finally getting out of PBEC hell or this I485 limbo .
I am hoping atleast my I140 should be accepted since I did include a spearate chq. I shd thank my attorney et al helping me out atleast to send out the docs in 2 days time. Thanks for the nice words buddy.
