USCIS seems to be accepting all applications send by June 30th. Seems to be the big news that IV was taking about....

Could you be more specific...did not see any announcement at their web site...are you refering to big news with in 24 hrs?

i thought they were never rejection any applications before july 2.
am i missing s'thing or it (june 30) was a typo.

AILF seems to have negotiated to drop the case in exchange of applications that were sent out as per July VB dates until 30th June. All applications after that were notified of the change in VB.
 
NYC...what are you talking...So if the applications were not sent inspite of being current will not be accepted as per the deal...BS...They should also respect the Jun bulliten atleast...

No offense...
But it didn't make sense. July VB - that is, it will be only valid on July 01. If anything that comes in June 30 for filing for July VB. Technically, they can just reject it and have you resend it again. So, June 30 cut off will only help those June VB current applicants.

But, if they changed the cut off to July 01, and anything that comes in after july 01 will be returned. This makes more sense.

No offence nyc8300. You should be careful on posting with this title. It is a matter of people's sentiment and you have no right to play with it. I hope your intention is not bad but you did in excitement.
