I had an LUD on june 1st.And today on june 3rd around 11 am i received the card ordered email for me and my wife.
Iam from india and my 485 was applied on oct 2003 in EB2.Had finger 3 rd fingerprinting done on may 5,2007.The last time i called USCIS was in nov,2005 and that time my name check wsa not complete.After that i dn't bother about GC at all and was waiting to apply for my 5 th EAD.Once the june visa bulltin was out i contacted congressman's office.
When i got the email on sunday,my first thought was may be some system error.Its kinda hard to beleive. But after seeing couple of other people getting the same approval emails i think its truly approval.

Current Status: Card production ordered.
On June 1, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow
30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you
we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call
customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we
process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
LUD on my 485's changed on June 1st and today with the above message. I hope our Green Cards are approved
Please let me know if this is approval or something else

I called TSC on June 1st, Customer support said it was assigned to officer, but didn't provide any other information. So far no LUD change or other progress.

The answer is most certainly yes. Simply, your case shouldn't be in the adjudication section unless security is cleared and your PD is current.
For whatever it may be worth, my spouse called TSC on 5/24, was told that her case was assigned to an officer. She just in case asked if that meant all the security checks had been cleared and the rep said yes.
We haven't seen any LUD or whatever change since, though. We will probably call again in a week or so to keep track of her case.

If the case is assigned to officer, does it mean Name check is cleared and ready for approval?

No LUD - AC21 - PD SEP 2001, FP, NC done , I485 2004 EB3/India
I do not have any LUD update even after FP2? I have sent AC21 when I got full time job in 2005. So MY PD (Sep 2001/EB3/India) is too old (compared to people are getting approval). Still I do not see any update my case.
I called TSC also but case is not assigned to any officer till Friday (June 1st).
That means I will get RFE or any issue?

Filed I485 on May 31 for spouse. Mine apprvd on June 1. Whats her I485 future?

I don't know what will happen with her I-485 now. Will it be approved or will it be invalidated or I have to reapply for her through Counceler Processing? Please advise.

Your data is very close to mone .. Did you receive second fP .. I didn't receive second fp notice yet ..

My case is similar to yours too...No second FP so far. On May30 I spoke to the USCIS and they said that if the USCIS felt that no FP is needed , then they might not ask and advised me not to press fo that service request, as it might delay the process...AS I posted in my previous post, my case is under review and I am restless.....

I am also in the same status...officer assgiend to my files and reviewing no LUDs so far...no second FP request so far..let us keep in touch thru this forum...and let us keep praying

The string of approvals is encouraging, but as usual Texas does not follow any order in adjudicating cases! I can neighter see a PD trend or 485 RD trend. Hopefully those of us who are 2002 and earlier, will finally get our green cards in the next 2 months.
My FP is lapsing on 15th of this month. Should I take an info pass and ask for another FP? Can Info pass triger anything? Unlike others I have had no recent LUDs at all!
