Cuncurrent 140 and 485

I filed for concurrent for I-140 and I-485 in Sept 2004. Got RFE for I-140. Is it possible for approval of my I-140 or I get approval for both I-140 and 485 together? Did anyone cuncurrent filing after May 2004 got approval only for I-140 and 485 only pending?

So they are working on Sept '04 cases. TSC doing great.

Have you filed in August or September as your signature says Aug. I haven't seen any september cases touched so far, all the approvals we are seeing are from August only.

True. Maybe it's about time that you start a September thread.
 
I got FP yesterdate

I filed in Sept , 2004 and got FP yesterday.It looks like they started working on sept cases now.
 
NO.FP is still also not reflected on the website.Also my LUD newer changed after i filled.But my lawer called me yesterday that he got my FP

it's already in the signature, LUD's for all my cases 140/485/131/765 changed to 01-13-2005 and I haven't received any emails or letters from INS and I don't know why the LUD's have changed.
 
just for information my I140 receipt date is 07/22/2004 but i haven't received anything so far... :( I've noticed that uscis doesn't follow a correct order on the approvals...there are some cases filled in oct/03 still not processed...

I140 RD :07/22/2004 AD: ?????
I485 RD :07/22/2004 AD: ?????
AP & EAD already approved.
