CSC-XII -anybody getting replies?

Hi All,

I mailed on Jan.5th enquiring about my case stats since my PD is current now, but no reply so far...not even the standard mail.

I was wondering if anyone got replies from CSC-XII in the past couple of weeks?

I got reply that they do not accept inquiries from general public via email. I received it on January 18th for the email I sent on January 9th.

Is your PD current?

Why did they take 10 days to say that they do not accept inquiries!!
 
My PD is current, but unfortunately I am stuck in NameCheck.
I was finding the status of the NameCheck.

replies from CSC-XII

Hi,
I received a reply from CS-XII, two weeks after i sent the email asking if my name check is done.. But they replied ma saying they do not encourage any email inquiries and asked to call the customer service..

Did any one of you tried calling customer service? are they friendly talking about name check etc...

How long did it take for you to receive a reply?
 
CSC stopped to give email reply

EB3 retorgress
mailed twice, got reply call 1-800, called no response took infopass is like another 1-800. total frustating..........
