CSC tracking -- release delay by red code worm or something

CSC folks,

I have trouble telneting to geocities.com to post latest
tracking lists. The uploading of the lists is incredibly
slow, and the connections get cut off during file transfer.
I have spent several hours trying with no success.

I will try it again later evening before I go to bed.
If things do not improve, our regular Tuesday\'s update
will have to postpone until tomorrow.

Generally yahoo site is very slow this week. Not sure if it is due to "Code Red"
