The latest ND approval has moved to January 2001. Also, due to
recent advancement of cutoff dates, those filed their cases in
the window opportunity of August/September 1999 have now become
eligible for adjudication. I have removed the magenta color
attached to those entries according to April visa bulletin.
There are only a few left in the list with non-current PDs.
Incredibly, two lucky folks whose PDs became current only in
April have received approvals (the fastest one was three days
later on April 3).
Finally, this April marks the anniversary of CSC tracking list.
Yes, believe it or not, I have maintained CSC I-485 list for
one full year. It has been a great learning (and time-consuming )
experience. I am so proud of CSC
folks who are exceptionally responsible for updating their data.
I am not exaggerating, but the tracking lists posted on the
website are very accurate and up-to-date which you can rely
upon for a general guideline.
I was going to unveil a new feature to celebrate the anniversary,
but unfortunately my e-mail account (along with Internet service)
is still in limbo. I hope to announce this new feature soon after
the service is restored. Please stay tuned.
