CSC System down

I waited 30 minutes to get hold of an INS officer so that I can change my address. And after that wait she says the system is down so I have to call another day.. INS Sucks @#%^&%$$

I did call too.

I called them and waited for 20 minutes I was getting this message "ALL OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE BUSY, IF YOU NEED TO ACCESS AUTOMATED SYSTEM PRESS BLAH BALH....' every minute for 15 minutes last 5 minutes it did not say anything so I hung up...

So I did not even get that far, this happened to me once last week. I dont remember the exact day.

Hooray now they have a good excuse to justify their delay.

Maybe it's just their phone system down - hope they are still working on the cases nevertheless...
 
I did manage to talk to a LIVE person

She sounded like from Indian Sub continent and said she can't update my address as the SYSTEM is down and asked me to try in couple of DAYS. I have no idea what system she is talking about as I managed to do a status check using AVM !!!

Still INS SUCKS !!! :mad:
