CSC: SUB-LC/I-140, Any Progress??

Greetings All,

Is anybody out there has a following match?

SUB-LC
140 RD between Nov-03 to Mar-04 at CSC

Is your I-140 approved? I have a SUB-LC and I-140 RD is 01/28/04. It is not approved. No RFE so far. LUD is 04/14/04. The case status by phone says the temporary problem with the system. Any clues, whats wrong? My company is in top 5 SW companies, so I don't see any issues with company's profile. I have filed a inquiry with CSC. BTW, what happens in SUB-LC I-140 case?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Mine is SUB LC case. I-140 RD is 03/03/04.
I-140 LUD and I-485 LUD updated on 11/10/04.
My I-140 LUD previously was 04/14/04.
Since then, there is no update.
It has got me bit scared now ....

FP Scheduled - Nov-20-2004

No LUD changes and no RFE/Approvals yet.

You said you called up 1800 number. Can we call up or does the lawyer/HR have to call up for I-140?

I am happy for you. at least your LUD changed. going through lots of other threads it seems to be a good sign.

Mine was a Labor Substitute, labor was approved dating back to 1999. I got the 140 approval yesterday(11/17/04). I have seen several people with LC Sub who have been approved. Do not worry or panic. As long as your qualifications and experince matches that of the approved LC, you should be Ok.

Thanks for the encouragement and congrates on your approval. Looking at your case I feel my approval may come in 2-3 months down the road.

I am planning to use a substitute labor - can u please advice me what I need to be making sure, in terms of degree/skill set/ etc.

Your lawyer should have a copy of Original labor ETA 750A: Application for Alien Labor Certification. You will have to meet all the requirements such as minimum education qualification, training and experience as stated on ETA 750A. You would need to do a new ETA 750B (Statement of qualifications of Alien) for yourself and send it alongwith your 140 application.
 
My LUD Changed today for I-1485, EAD and AP when I returned from FP appointment. However I-140 LUD is still 04/14. Wonder if this has to do with the call that I made for the address change on 10/28.

Priority date Labor substitution

Hi
My employer has a labor certificate that matches my qualifications. This labor certification was filled for some other person. Since that person left the company before filling 485 the company revoked the 140. I am planning to use that labor. In that case what will be my priority date. Is it going to be the date the LC was filled or my 140 application date.

Any updates/approvals? Mine is EB2 still no progress?? No update after the inquiry. I am clueless!!
 
It is quite strange that LUD of 140 of CSC LC sub filers in this range all seem to be 04/12 or 04/13. I checked a few non-sub cases in the same date range and they had more recent (Oct) LUD dates. I'm Dec 03 EB3 sub and LUD on my 140 is 04/13 as well. No EAD/AP for me because of a hold on the I-140.

I think this is a good thread to keep tabs on LC sub cases!
 
Well, I have LUD update of 11/10/04 for both I-140 and I485. (EB3 Sub, I-140 RD 3/3/04)
My spouse's I-485 LUD is still 10/27/04.
But the fact that there is no update after 11/10/04, does not convey anything good to me. Any guesses ......
