Great idea starting this tracker, still dale. Wonder, if any other nurses will join us?

Best of luck to you,

Todd,

I hope so. Are you under the PIC countries?

Dale

No, Dale, I'm from Germany. Are you from one of the PIC countries?

You should be hearing from CSC pretty soon, given your LUD, shouldn't you? Presumably, the next VB will include the 50.000 Visa provided exclusively for RN's and PT's. Hope, everything will work out fine for you!

Good news indeed, Dale! I've got an approval for my I-140 petition! :D

No further LUD's, no RFE's, Status suddenly changed to Notice of Approval yesterday night. Hope I'll get a hold on one of these 50.000 recaptured visa now!

Best wishes to you,

Todd

Todd,

It must be an error. It is really impossible to have an approval at that kind of fast phase in the California Service Center...well if your application was really filed there. The CSC is only CLAIMING that they are processing dates that are file on March 11, 2005, well in fact they have not yet completed June 2004 cases and your case was file last March 25, 2005. Alot of nurses are with the same boat as i am.

Please check this link:

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=California

Can you paste the exact message on your I-140? What service center are you in? From your details it was REALLY QUITE FAST, really unbelievable.

Your I-140 was only filed last march 2005, it took only less than two months for you to get an approval. Where will you be working? Does your receipt number starts with WAC??? Can you please send me your receipt number in private message so that i can check when your application was really filed.

Thanks,

dale

I received the Notice of Action yesterday: my petition was approved and the papers were shipped to the NVC. I was really surprised to find my petition being approved so fast and therefore waited to post a reply, until my attorney notified me yesterday, that everything was indeed fine.

I can't help it, Dale, my sponsor did file in California (WAC). They obviously do process at least some petitions according to their published processing times. Mine was definitely filed March 23rd and approved June 15th.

A friend of mine filed in Texas a few weeks later than me and had an approval before me. Can you believe that?

Best of luck to you, Dale. I hope you'll soon receive an NOA, too!

Hey Todd,

Got approved also when i was sleeping. I got approved last June 10, 2005 confirmed by the CSC after i called them...How did you know that your papers were sent to NVC? Do you have a case number already?

Thanks,

dale

Great news, congratulations, Dale!

Yes, I do have an NVC case number, everything is looking good so far.

Best regards,

Todd
